Ingredients
1 Cup: Heavy whipping cream
2 1/2 Tablespoons low carb cocoa powder
2 1/2 tablespoons low carb sweetener of choice. Truvia in our video. Recommend confectionary ethrytol
Fruit of choice to garnish and enhance the experience!
Prep:
I highly recommend making the Truvia confectionary all you need to do is put it in a blender until it is a fine powder. Ethrytol does not dissolve well and doing this will help with the texture of the end product.
Cooking
Making this treat is actually super simple. All you need to o is add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend it all together until it reaches the consistency you are looking for. You can watch the peaks forming at the top of the mixture and dip a spoon in to see how thick it is getting. Be sure to lick the spoon between tests its delicious.
Once you reach ghe desired consistency you can plate and serve. This perfect by itself or on angle food cake. Top with fruit of your choice for an extra flavor. I like to add a spoonful to coffee or just eat it with a spoon. This is a super easy way to beat those sugar cravings between meals.
